PTMegaB Electron Cyclotron

· Induction cyclotron has high cost performance, procurement cost is the same class (4MeV linear accelerator 50-65%, later maintenance cost is 10-20%.
· The equipment is small in size and light in weight, 1/4 of the linear accelerator, the weight of the radiator is only 100kg, the position is convenient, the larger test object is illuminated, and the movement is flexible. Although the thickness of the protective wall is basically the same as that of the linear accelerator (1.5m), the height and area of the protective chamber can be greatly reduced, and the construction cost of the protective chamber is 50% of that of the linear accelerator. The modulator is cooled by air instead of water, which reduces the fault link and is less affected by the environment.
 · Therefore, the induction type electron cyclotron is widely used in large test object casting, welding, bridge, concrete detection and other fields.

Technical indicators—7MeV
1. Electron beam energy: 7MeV energy 3.0-7MeV adjustable.
2. Achievable phase quality sensitivity: at least in the detection range of thickness 50-200mm (A3 steel), the photographic sensitivity reaches 1-2T (ASTM hole type image quality meter. Or 1% line type image quality meter).
3. Dose rate: ≥10cGy/min (1m from the target on the central axis of the ray)
4. Focus size:≤0.3X2mm
5. Irradiation field of view: the angle between the center beam and the side beam is ≤15°
6. Radiation uniformity: X-ray uniformity >60% (the percentage of dose rate at ±7.5° deviating from the X-ray central axis to the dose rate on the central axis in the 0° direction.
7. Dose stability and the time required for the dose to reach stability: the dose stability is less than or equal to 2%, and the time required for the dose to reach stability is less than or equal to 10s.
8. Continuous working hours shall not be less than 10 hours per day and night. With the fan turned on, work for 45 minutes and rest for 15 minutes.
